Service Rates

Warranty Repairs* No charge for hardware issues on Macs covered by Apple Limited Warranty, AppleCare or Midtown Digital 90 day warranty.

Diagnostic Fee $65 (Fee may apply if additional work required to fix computer. Customer will be contacted for approval prior to technician going ahead with work)

Hard drive installation $45 – $85 (depending upon Mac)

Data transfer $85 (Please note additional fees may apply to troubleshoot hard drive where are defective or have software issues)

Preventative Maintenance $85 Includes hardware tests e.g. RAM, HD etc, virus scan, software/system clean-up. Additional fees will apply when parts need to be replaced.

RAM install (free) With most Macs when RAM purchased from us. $45 service fee will apply for RAM installs on Mac mini models.

*Apple Limited Warranty, AppleCare or Midtown Digital warranty does not cover software issues. If customer wishes us to resolve these issues a minimum $65 or more will apply. Please note warranties may be voided if Macs have physical or liquid damage.
